Out Of Pain Medication In Hawaii Help

I am in Kona Hawaii and out of my Lyme Medicine and my pain medicine-doxycline & oxycodone. I take 180 10mg/325 and went to er last sun because i was out and hurting and they gave me 30 pills and told me i had to get into dr to rewrite my script. So i have all my prescriptions from dr in Pa and they wont fill them here unless Hawaii Doctor rewrites them. When i left I sent my computer here along with some medications-so i can not get into dr here they either dont take my insurance or need cash which i do not have! I came here with 2 suitcases and thats it-BIG MISTAKE NOW I AM STUCK i cant get home and cant find dr here to rewrite my script. I need help with this i am starting to feel really bad and will end up in a hospital that cant help me anyway. How can i get my meds filled here or is there a way to get them sent overnight with pharmacy online---I am a legitimate person in pain with advance lyme disease arthritis sensory polyneuropathy and terrible muscle and joint pain-i am starting to get scared as i have never run out of medicine like this and i take 180 pills a month not sure what is about to happen to my body without my medication. I noticed that you mentioned online pharmacies. I know there are a handful of sites out there that are safe and legal to order from amongst the swarm of bad ones. I'm not sure if they will over night medication, but it's better late than never!
