Other Treatments For Acid Reflux

Hi, I suffer with chronic heart burn and would like to know what else i could use. I've tried tums. I can eat a whole bottle and it doesn't help. I've also tried 150mg ranitidine which doesn't help. I've tried everything over the counter and it still doesn't seem to help. What else can i do to stop this heart burn?

Have you consulted your doctor? There are prescription products that you can try, as well as higher doses of some of the over the counter products, but only with your doctor's approval, according to FDA reports.

What types of foods do you eat? Have you tried changing your diet? Drinking more water? Staying away from anything spicy and acidic? Sometimes only lifestyle changes will help.
