Have you talked to your doctor?
That sounds like it could be either pancreatitis, gastritis or an ulcer, all of which could be cause or aggravated by such a medication.
Only your doctor can help you determine for sure what it is and help you find a solution.
Do you ever get heartburn or GERD?
