I am taking Belviq but I have a sinus infection and need to take something. Are there certain OTC drugs that interfere with Belviq. I'm thinking anything with Dextromethorphan in it shouldnt be taken.

Hello, Shandra! How are you?

If you have a sinus infection, there is no over the counter product that will eradicate it. You'll need an antibiotic, which must be prescribed by your doctor.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of antibiotics as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

Is there anything else I can help with?
