What's the best way to administer Ostospray to ensure maximum absorption?

Otospray contains the active ingredient Calcitonin and is most commonly used to help protect against bone mineral loss.

As to how much is absorbed into the body, I haven't found any information on that. However, with most medications, it is only a small fraction of what is actually in any given dosage.

Does anyone else have any information to add?
