Orni-O contains Ofloxacin and Ornidazole, which is an antibiotic, used to treat infections. If your doctor gave it to you for a gastric problem, then it is likely that they suspect or have done tests that showed you have the H. Pylori bacteria, which can cause ulcers and stomach problems. Though, it can be used for other gastro-intestinal infections, as well.

Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, skin rash and diarrhea.
