Original Rabeprazole Versus Generic

how will I know the original and generic of this drug? which companies manufacture the original or what are the manufacturer names for the original drugs?

The original would be the brand name product and would list that on the prescription, which would be AcipHex, the generic would be listed as just the generic/active ingredient name, which is Rabeprazole.

The name brand, AcipHex, is manufactured by Ortho-McNeil-Janssen Pharmaceuticals.

Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that is used to reduce the amount of acid produced by the stomach, to treat or prevent conditions, such as heartburn, GERD, ulcers and gastritis.
