Orange Round Pill From Mexico With No Markings

I have an orange round pill with no markings and want to know if this is generic Percocet 7.5-325mg? The prescription was filled at a Mexican pharmacy, made by Qualitest.

I personally wouldn't trust anything without a marking as there is virtually no way to verify its contents, outside of a lab analysis that usually costs more time and energy than it's worth, at least in my opinion.

Qualitest is regarded as a legitimate pharmaceutical manufacturer and the FDA requires them to imprint all pharmaceuticals for distribution in the US. However, in Mexico, I don't know how much a company of this stature can get away with in regards to selling unregulated medication.

Do you live in the US and get this filled while visiting Mexico or was the prescription filled at a Mexican pharmacy within the US jurisdiction? Either way, something seems shady about a pill with no markings that anyone can rename to anything else without retribution.

Bought a bottle of Adderall IR (supposedly) over-the-counter in Mexico. Bottled Adderall looked legit. Plastic wrapped. Somewhat knowing the “pharmacist” I didn’t open them up right then and there and noticed when I got home, lo and behold, orange round and no markings. Did I get took? I’m hesitant to take one and die of a Fentanyl overdose but if anyone has any confirmation such an Adderall exists from Mexico, it would be huge. I’d take a pic but I see nowhere to upload…

Orange round pills with no score or marking is what the Mexican cartels are currently pushing as pain meds of various names, but are actually fentanyl based tablets. Some are VERY strong. Much much much stronger than any percocet. I usually hear the pharmacists referring to them as 40mg oxycodone. They are in fact stronger than 40mg oxycodone as well. Perhaps the unmarked orange pain pills you came across are different, but in border towns, the orange ones are definitely the fentanyl mixed dangerous pain meds with a very real punch.
