Oralcon Contraceptive - Missed Pill (Top voted first)

Hi There, I have been on Oralcon now for almost a year now. A couple days ago I was taking the red pills and I noticed I missed the last one. I took it 24 hours later with the first white one of the new pack. My question is will I be affected by missing one of the red pills? Will this decrease its effectiveness against preventing pregnancy?

Yes. If i miss one white pill at 7pm and remember the next morning what i must do? Do i have to take 2 pills? One in the morning when remember and one as usually at 7pm?

i stopped using oralcon about a month ago, & had intercourse wit my boyfriend about 2weeks back & wer not protected. I was wondering, how long does it stay in the body before i could actually fall pregnant because i think im late for my periods

Hi my name is Charissa, I had intercourse with m boyfriend on m 14th day after my period, I am using oralcom and a condom but it broke but I reconised it imediatley but I think some pre-cum may have stayed behind only pre-cum though ?? Is there any reason why I should worry ??

The red pills at the end of the pack are just placebo tablets that contain no active hormones, they are just meant to allow you to have a withdrawal bleed that week, so there is no harm in missing them. The sole reason they are included is to keep women in the habit of taking a pill each day, so they don't forget when it's time to start the new pack.

So no, missing one or more of those ones doesn't matter, you don't even have to take it later when you realize it. The only time you would be at risk of pregnancy is if you miss one or more of the active pills.

Hi I've been on oralcon for 2 years now,a week ago me and my hubby had unprotected intercourse and I missed 2 white pills,I had some brownish/red discharge for 2 days....but cause I was afraid I opened a new pack of oralcon,if I am pregnant will it affect the baby?I have not done a PG test yet...thanks

Good day ladies. I have a very irregular period and I feel because I have a very irregular period I'm not ovulating and therefore iam unable to fall pregnant. I am try for the past 2years to fall pregnant but to no vail...I am using the oralcon so my period could be regular once again and maybe I'll ovulate...I really want to have a baby and I'm hoping oralcon can help me.

Hi. im using oralcon for about a month now. i was on the 2 month injection first. My white pill fell and i couldnt find it so i just popped another one out of my packet. Could i be putting myself into "danger" pregnancy wise cause im one pill short?

Ey, I'm using oralcon pills and I missed 4 tablets of the red pills, and just started a new pack. The day I was supposed to take the 4th red pill I took a first white pill; I was intimate with my partner without using protection. Could I be pregnant?

Is there no problem with missing a red pill and then taking your first white pill a day early? I just realised that i am on my third white pill of my new pack when i should be on my second; should I skip a white pill to get back on track or would that be worse?
