Oralcon Birth Control, Moody, Tense, Emotional

Hi. I'm on my second 3-month supply of Oralcon birth control, I was without it for about +-3 months, but I noticed that since using Oralcon bc again, I'm very irritable, moody, cranky, emotional, tense for things I generally can cope with or handle. Is this normal? If so,is there anything I can do to control it or manage it?

Those can be normal side effects, when taking oral contraceptives, you may also experience headache, and irregular bleeeding.

There really isn't much you can do to change it, however, things should improve once your body gets used to the medication, again.

Are you on any other medications?
