Oralcon Contraceptive Pills For Acne (Top voted first)

does oralcon really help with decreasing acne? I'm only trying it out for that reason and I'd prefer not ot if it does not. I have already gotten the pills but I haven't started taking thme yet because I just need a cofirmation from someone who actually does know. Please Help!!!

hello i have the pills but i only have it to see it it decreases my acne and acne scars. i haven't taken them because i want to make sure. i have bad acne scars and i feel insecure i just need a resolution!!

Hi, I'm 17 and I've been taking oralcon for exactly 2 months and 7 days. My skin has never been so bad that I'm definitely considering changing pills if there seems to be no change within this third month. My skin was never necessarily clear before I started the pill but lately it's been just unbearable.

Can anyone tell me if Oralcon pills mimic Androgens or actually decrease them? As i believe my acne is triggered by excess testosterone. I have been using it for a month now... My skin breaks out a lot. Should i give it more time or not?

I'm sorry, but there's no way to know for sure if they will or will not help you with acne.

These contraceptives use synthetic hormones, they can help some people with acne if theirs has been caused by a hormonal issue.

However, there is also a chance that they can cause acne or make it worse.

What has your doctor advised?

What else have you tried for treating the acne?
