Opana When Will It Be Released?

I can't get Opana 40 mg ,in NJ .I was told the warehouse had a mix up in bottling,my Dr. Put me on Exalgo and my Medicaid won't pay.I only have a days dose left! What am I to do be in ungodly pain? Cause opana isn't available and they won't pay for Exalgo? I need real help b4 IM ALL OUT OF MAIN MED FOR PAIN?

I'm not sure when it will be available again.

Have you contacted your doctor to tell them that your insurance won't cover the Exalgo?

There are other options that you can try that it may cover, which your doctor or pharmacist can check for you.

This is Endo Company phone number they are the ones who are incharge of Opana 1-800-462-3636, also their website endo.com. They are helping people locate pharmacy's who have Opana still instock. You call them give them your name, number, drug name, mg, and doctor name, and zip code they will check up to 10 mile radious for every zip code you give. Make sure you have several zips they will only take three phone calls a month to help you. I am going threw the same nightmare

from what ive seen on another website,fda website to be exact,the 40s are supposed to be out this week,geez i hope so,hard to find around here :(

Poor management,leaving opiod dependent patients with no pain relief.Endo had no other plant that makes these?And pharmacies were not informed in advance,just as doctors were not informed of what "THEY" were doing...No efforts made at cross-communication except when it serves to incriminate someone.An intolerable decision made without regard for innocent people.What about a responsible another company?The "war on drugs" continues,as regulators are completely shutting down "pill mills"...what heroes they are,forcing unecessary agony on pain therapy patients!Opana was keeping sanity in situations where people would otherwise be non-functioning basketcases.What are they doing and what do they expect us to do?

I have been on Opana 5mg for 3 years . No drugs in my town has it now and started having to go to another town to get it . I have to change my information every time i get it filled to a different drug store. My Dr. had no ideal there was a problem till his patients staring telling him what was going on. He changed me to oxycotin 10 mg and i thought i would die . I am 58 with sever back pain and i am a shame to give a drug store my prescriptions because of all the drug heads who have hurt those who need help, not for the high ! I only can pray my Doc. will just prescribe Opana back to me and i will have to suck it up and keep changing drugs stores that have it .
