Opana And Drug Test

My question is if I took 7.5mg of oxymorphone at 9:00pm last night will I be able to pass a drug test specifically for opiate levels wednsday at 1:00? Also the test has to be sent to a lab, if there was a trace of opiates still in my urine is it possible for it to "die" will on the way to the lab or is it going to show in the urine regardless?
