On Chantix For 3 Weeks
(Newest replies first)

Updated

I have been taking chantex for almost 3 weeks. The week I stopped I did good. I was on a trip that week, but after returning home I have had a hard time with it. Is there a chance I need more than the two a day? Please help. I want this to work so badly. Thanks.

It will work; now that you are home you need to do something else with your hands. If you do scrape booking that is great, or go for a walk, call a friend, draw a picture, just keep remembering that it will only be a little longer and it will work out. I am also in the process of quitting and this thing work for me, so you need to find out what works for you. Also through away all smoking thing like lighters, ashtray’s, and put up reminder signs around the house to remind yourself why you are quieting for instance Health, kids, asthma, just a suggestion. GOOD LUCK

No one can really answer that for you, except for your doctor. You need to call up and talk to them or make an appointment, explain the issue and they will be able to best evaluate you and help you find a solution.

It would be remiss for anyone online who does not know your medical history and is not a licensed medical professional to try to guess and give you such an answer.

Upping the dose yourself or taking it more frequently, without knowing all the information on the drug and its safe usage, could seriously endanger your health.
