I'm 40. My doctor advised me to take omnacortil since I'm a patient of mysthenia gravis. Should I take? Will it put a damper on my day to day office life?

I was suffering from Bell’s Palsy and my neurologist suggested I take Omnacortil 60mg for several days and now it has stopped. However, the upper half of my body is now filled with red spots like pimples and it hurts a lot. Is this a side effect of Omnacortil? If so, then how long will it take to go away and are there any treatments that I should consider taking to reduce this effect?
