What is the difference between the KU R118 (off white/gold) vs. R158 lavendar and gray capsule?
Omeprazole is a generic for Prilosec and, when a medication is available as a generic, it is usually made by several different companies, thus the only difference in the ones you've asked about is the manufacturer. They are both made by different companies.

Is there anything else I can help with?
