Om 50 Yellow Pill (Top voted first)

please be extremely careful with this medication. I took two last night approx an hour apart and about 2 hours later I had to go to the hospital for severe depressed breathing among other things.

Hi Matt,

Thanks for sharing the warning on this pill. I know every drug can effect each person differently, but this really sounds like it's not for anyone.

I located the round yellow pill in description to be Nucynta tapentadol (50 mg). Tapentadol is a centrally acting analgesic; it has both opiod and non-opiod activities. This drug does have a high potential for abuse (although, I'm not sure who would want to abuse it after reading your post). It's good to hear that you made it out ok though! That must've been a huge scare. A lot of these pain medications can have the worst side effects...

Inactive ingredients in this specific pill include the following:
• microcrystalline cellulose
• lactose monohydrate
• croscarmellose sodium
• povidone
• magnesium stearate
• polyvinyl alcohol
• titanium dioxide
• polyethylene glycol
• magnesium silicate
• aluminum oxide

Don't be so negative especially if your not familiar with pain meds I've been on morphine for years now for cronic pain and I took two early for my back its been out for three days now and it is helping me I feel a lot better to be honest

That's what I'm saying people react to things differently just bc its not for u doesn't mean it wouldn't help someone else with servre pain

I do appreciate all your information and yes each person does react differently to any medicine. But I appreciate you being honest with the way this medicine worked for you. My husband was given some after back surgery and he has server nerve damage. I read your information and told him he could only take 1 and 1 only. Thank you again

My god it's no stronger than a norco!!!! lol you'd have to take 10 and then you still not going to get any pain relief especially if you have a history of abusing pain meds. Tramadol is useless
