What are the side efffect ? My wife is taking Olvance H 20 one tab in morning. one Tab Nebicard 5 mg at noon and one tab ESLO 5 mg in evening.

Olvance-H contains Olmesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide, it is most commonly used to help lower high blood pressure.
Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, headache and dehydration.

Nebicard contains the active ingredient Nebivolol and the Eslo contains the active ingredient Amlodipine, these are both also used treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions.
Side effects to them can include: nausea, headache, drowsiness and stomach pain.
