How much does it cost to fill a prescription for Olux-E?

My arms have an intense itch, I went to my doctor and she gave me zyrtex and told me to ise dove soap. I was told I would be on zyrtec the rest of my life, I am 71. Also gave me a script for olux-e. The cost of that was $401.00. There is no way I can take that at that price. I really don't know what it is I have as my doctor was in and out of the room. My arms are actually discolored, and the itching is almost unbearable. She also told me to use luberdium.
