Okacet Cold Total Nf

hi,i am 24 yrs old,female.i have sore throat & runny nose since today morning.due to this there is difficulty in speaking.i got the above medicine from medical shop ,not prescribed by doctor.

Have you consulted a doctor?

I know the original Okacet contains Cetirizine, which is an antihistamine, but I can't find a listing for the Okacet Cold Total NF and what it contains.
