Hello, Oscar! How are you?

The current NIH guidelines say that you should just clean it with soap and water, after applying pressure to stop the bleeding.

If the edges don't start to seal together, or of it starts to show signs of infection, such as swelling and redness around the edges, you should consult a doctor. You should also see a doctor, if the bleeding doesn't stop.

Is there anything else I can help with?
