Off-white Oblong Pill For Joint Health

Off-white maybe beige oblong pill. Pretty big and perforated. Given to me by my chiropractor for joint healing with special properties to get fluid to injured areas. Cautioned to drink lots of water. Any idea what it could be? Thanks!
