I'm 27 and got a Jadelle implant 4 years ago. It was taken out a year later since my period only came every 4-6 months. Tests always say they are negative, so for two years now my period has not regulated on its own and doctors aren't worried or fazed. I'm worried as I have three boys, soon to be 7,6, and 5 . However because I've had no positives and no period I'm a little afraid I may not be able to have babies anymore. I would like to have another, I just need to know what's going on with my body.

Have you discussed getting pregnant with a doctor? They should be able to help you reset your hormones and cycle to increase your chances of getting pregnant. There are hormonal supplements that they can use to help you with that.
It sounds like you may have a hormonal imbalance, like you're not producing enough hormones on your own each month.
Are you on any other medications?
