Oblong Yellow Pill With 200 On One Side

So how do I tell if the yellow oblong pill marked 200 on one side is a caffeine pill or friggin Rezulin?

Rezulin was removed from the market, at the request of the FDA, in 2000. Do you have any idea how old the tablet is that you found?

Otherwise, I would be more inclined to think it's a 200mg Caffeine tablet, that is used to treat insomnia. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, insomnia, nervousness, and anorexia.

I do want to note, though, that Rezulin may still be available in other countries.
