Oblong White Pill With Nothing Written On Either Side

I got some of them from a friend cuz I'm in pain and it's not a pill I have seen before. It's a big oblong pill with no writing on both sides. What is it?

Magnesium 400mg it's NOT for pain but helps if u get body cramps or cholly horses.

Without any imprint for proof, how can you be so sure this is actually magnesium (400mg)?

The only verifiable way I know of to tell what an unmarked pill is, is by having the tablet analyzed by a GCMS through a reputable lab and/or drug panel.

For the record, I do have a magnesium malate (425mg per tab) supplement by Source Naturals that shares this description. However, without an imprint or any other identifying attributes, it could literally be any number of substances.
