Oblong White Capsule With Hash Symbol For 1 Or 4 And 18 On It. No Score Lines.
UpdatedTrying to identify a while capsule. For the markings it looks like there is a little hash mark in front of the 1, almost connected to it towards the bottom. It's like the letter could be a number 4 but the upward mark of the 4 is not visible. Then a space between that and the number 18. There are no scores on either side. It is a caplet.
