I located the oblong tablet in description to be Namenda (5 mg).

It is approved for treatment of moderate to severe Alzheimer's disease.

I found 2 of these in the basement of my dad's house. The Namenda description above makes sense as he was always scared of Alzheimer's and had quite a bit of memory loss at the age of 87. His mother had Alzheimer's.
