The imprint on this is actually WATSON 540 and it contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, the active ingredients in Vicodin.
It is a narcotic analgesic, so it does have the potential to be habit forming and it may cause side effects, such a nausea, dizziness, constipation and drowsiness.

Additionally, at some point, if they retain this imprint, the amount of Acetaminophen will be lowered to 325mgs, due to a recent request made by the FDA, since Acetaminophen can lead to liver failure if taken in high amounts for a long period of time and overdoses of it can be toxic.
Some companies have already begun to implement the change and all are expected to have them completely by January of 2014.
