like to know what m361 is ,what it's for and the side effects

This tablet contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 650mgs of Acetaminophen, the active ingredients in Lortab, it is a narcotic analgesic. (NDC 0406-0361)

M361 blue tablet

Inactive Ingredients:

- Crospovidone
- Magnesium Stearate
- Cellulose, Microcrystalline
- Povidones
- Starch, Corn
- Silicon Dioxide
- Stearic Acid

This medication does carry the risk of being habit forming and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and constipation.

As an additional note, these are all slowly being changed, as requested by the FDA, to lower the amount of Acetaminophen in all of them to no more than 325mgs. All manufacturers are expected to have the change implemented by January of 2014.

Thus, after that date, be sure to double check the information, rather than just assuming that this tablet still contains 650mgs of Acetaminophen.
