What is a long dark green pill that says 255 on it?

Closest match I could find is LL 255 Green capsule shaped pill which is hyoscyamine .375 mg extended release. This pill is used for IBS, Crohn's, and incontinence. The active ingredient (hyoscyamine) is sometimes used for anesthesia or premedication for endoscopy/radiology.

Not sure if it's the same as what you're asking about. If there is no LL on it, it may be a pill manufactured in another country.
