Obimetsr 1000mg For Ovulation

Hi My doctor prescribed Obimet SR 1000mg since I am having ovulation in alternate months. But after consuming the tablet I feel so tired. Is it one of the side effects of the tablet or may be due to some other reasons.

Hello Dr. Iam 32 years old. I got married2 years back. I have plysist and my husband had a sugar so i cant conceive. Last month we changed the dr she gave me cabgolin 0.5mg, obimet sr 500mg and nidagen 200. Please can u tell me the usage of these tablets. My husband count also low so please tell me how to increase it.
