Oxycodone Doctor In Louisville Ky

Does anyone know a pain management doctor in Louisville, KY that will prescribe oxycodone/roxicodone 30,mg. My family practice doctor who I've seen for a little over five years is no longer able to prescribe narcotics due to the new laws. If anyone could help, I would so appreciate it! I am not familiar with doctors there, but a piece of advice I can give you is when you call them, do not ask them to prescribe any specific medication. Most doctors will see that as being drug seeking behavior and you won't even get in the door.

I take 5 30mg Roxicodone tablets and 2x30mg MS Contin tablets daily. It was very effective treatment until my pain dr. had a family emergency and wasn't going to be back for 4 days, so the called in 28 lortab 10/325 tablets so I wouldn't suffer to bad because I wasn't early and they resheduled my visit 5 days later, so I went to my visit and did my UA. Two weeks later I received a letter saying I was discharged from the clinic for testing positive for hydrocodone!! even though she prescribed them, does anyone know a good pain dr. in Ogden, Ut. because im dying. everyone i call doesn't do chronic pain or isn't accepting new patients. Please help with any advice or suggestions! All responses are greatly appreciated
