Ornidazole Ototoxicity
UpdatedI am a sufferer of Meniere Disease, i.e. sesorineurial hearing loss due to pressure increse in the inner ear. I was prescribed orinidazol for a tooth ascess that would not reply to clindamycin.
Now I am going to use clindamycin and ornidazole combination. I need to knwo if EITHER ORNIDAZOLE alone or IN COMBINATION WITH CLINDAMYCIN can be ototoxic - i.e. toxic to my hearing.
