This yellow, capsule shaped tablet with O M on one side, and 650 on the other was manufactured by Teva Pharmeceuticals, and they list it as having contained 325mgs of Acetaminophen, and 37.5mgs of Tramadol, a generic for Ultracet, or Tramacet. It is used to treat moderate, to severe pain. NDC: 00172-6359 This tablet has been discontinued.

The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.
