Oleptal Dt 150

i facing lots of problem with coccyx pain from last 6 months when i fell down from my byke.In x-ray found my coccyx had been fracture.doctor was prescribed oleptal DT 150,COBAGEN PLUS & NERVIJEN.Please advise which medicine is suit for me or which not.
