I have an irritation on my bottom around my vaginal area and back onto the rectal area. I have a RX that my doctor gave me to put on my bottom a few months ago, but I'm not sure it is the same problem that I had before The RX is NYSTAT/TRIAM CREAM. Is this the right thing to put on it?

It is really best not to use anything, without your doctor's approval. Using the wrong treatment could actually worsen some problems.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including skin redness, irritation, and flakiness.
