Nystatin Cream Usp (100,000 Usp Nystatin Units)

I had an really huge pimple that I kept messing with on my forehead. Now it has turned into an really bad scab. It's sore to the touch & infected. Can Nystatin Cream USP be used to heal it quicker??

No, Nystatin is an antifungal medication, it will not do anything to treat acne, nor to help the scabbing heal quicker.

What have you tried to prevent the acne? What type of soap do you use for your face? What type of foods do you eat?
