Does it help with the itching of a fungal infection? Also does it work while you are taking an antibiotic?

Yes and yes! The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including skin redness, irritation and dryness.

However, while you're still on the antibiotic, there is a chance that the yeast infection could recur, since it can cause it as a side effect.
