Nuvigil And Suboxone Combined

I have a friend that takes Suboxone and Klonopin at the same time....but he falls asleep EVERYWHERE all the time...so I'm considering having him try Nuvigil...What are the risks of the meds being combined?

Well, unless you are a doctor, you shouldn't be having him try any medications, that is something that should only be done by a medical professional.

That brings the relevant questions, has he talked to his doctor about the problem?

Is he supposed to be taking them both, at the same time?

If so, then it is highly likely that he is on too high of a dosage of one, or the other, in which case, it is much safer to adjust one of those medications, than to risk the side effects and complications associated with adding a new medication.
