These are both very different.

Nurostar is actually just a nutritional supplement that contains Metylcobalamin, Niacinamide, Chromium, Zinc and Folic Acid. They are nutrients that are believed to help with nerve pain and improve nerve function.

However, Zerodol-P is an actual medication that contains Aceclofenac and Paracetamol, which are used to treat pain, fever and swelling.

Thus, to actually alleviate pain, you'd need the Zerodol-P.
