Hi Leslie - Hmmm, I don't believe so. The only info I could find about a white tablet with the imprint 501 is Mirtazapine 45 mg, which is used to treat depression. (NDC 53808-0737). Does that sound about right to you? If not then I would double check where the medication was obtained. Are there any other markings or packaging for the tablet? Also, is it kind of oval shaped at all, or is it definitely a round circle?
