I recently was switched from Lortab to Nucynta 75 for migraines to trial it out. I took a Nucynta at 9am and am wondering if I can take Lortab 10mg at 5pm?

Did your doctor tell you take it, as well? If not, and you were actually switched, you should not do so.
The FDA warns that these medications carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.
