My doctor prescribed this medicine for me and requested a lab. Test to check my blood/sugar level. With the result the next day another doctor prescribed metformin denk 500.pls can I take both

Indications
Neuromuscular affections due to a deficiency of any of the product components.
Neuralgia, neuritis, myalgia, nervous exhaustion and functional recovery.

Side effects
None

Dosage and administration
Adults: 1 capsule 3 times daily.
Children: 2 capsules daily.

Nucleo CMP Forte contains:

Cytidine 5'-Monophasphate Disodium and
Uridine Triphosphate Trisodium.

However, other than that, since it isn't approved and used in the U.S., this site does not have any other information on it.

It is listed as being a medical isotope, but that's really all I can tell you about it.
