Hi Eva,

I'm actually not quite sure why Novotrim is even marketed as a weight loss product, since it's active ingredients are antibiotics: Sulfamethoxazole + Trimethoprim

I wouldn't necessarily regard this medication as being safe due to so many complaints coming from those who are experiencing its side effects, but honestly it can affect everyone differently so there's no real way to know ahead of time how you might respond to it.
