What dosage are you taking?
Betahistine, which is usually used to treat vertigo, has a maximum recommended daily dose of 48mgs, given in divided doses, either 2 or 3 times a day.
Taking a higher dosage can also increase the likelihood of side effects, such as headache, nausea and weight loss, thus it's really not advisable to increase the dosage, without your doctor's approval.
Have you consulted them, yet?
