Hello,
Unfortunately I haven't been able to find a lot of information on a medication by the name of Nova. Is Nova the name of the medication you are taking? If not, it could be the name of the company that manufactured the medication. The 0.5 imprint most likely stands for the amount of the active ingredient that is in each pill.
Prescription medications usually come with a packet of information about the ingredients, dosage and administration etc.. did you not receive any information from your pharmacy?
This medication should be safe to use as long as it was prescribed to you by a licensed doctor.
Are there any more questions?
