im not getting my periods after i have stopped taking ovral l. I took this pill for 6 months for irregular periods. at that time my periods were exceeding. now it has been 4 months after i stopped taking the pill (and im not pregnent. i have tested several times). still im not getting my periods. can any body tell me wats the cause? do i have to go for any investigation?

Doctory suggested overal l after miscarriage, but i am very reluctant to take them cos of it side effects is it ok.. Also i am still spotting after 4 weeks of medical abortion and took pause mf to stop them

ovral l messes up everything in your body... you will not get your periods correct if u stop it ..during t 21day course of t tab if u skip a day or two u will get your periods.. loads of side effects. The only thing it does is u do not fall pregnant thats one advantage all wit many disadvantages

i have seen to doctor many times. she told its not a problem. everytime she is giving premolute-n for 5 days and multi-vitamins for 15 days.. and i gets my period with in the week I took the pill. i want to get my periods naturally. not by using medicines. and i also want kids. she dont ask me to do any investigation. plx if anybody had an idea do tell me.

It would be very difficult for anyone to diagnose the cause just from a post on the Internet.

There are many things that can cause a woman to skip her menstrual cycle, being underweight, excessive exercise or a hormonal problem, of some type.

Your body may be having a problem rebalancing your hormones, after stopping the tablets.

Yes, it would be advisable to see a doctor, to get to the root of the problem.
