Not Much Loss...should I Continue

I am on my 4/day dose and have really only lost a few lbs. This cost me $200. I lost 3 lbs as of today 6/22 from 6/21. I really could have lost that much on my own. I want to go off of it because it appears that it isn't doing anything. I have no bad side effects but I don't want to pay that much for weight I could lose myself. Any feedback?

How long have you been taking the 4 a day?

Most people really don't see results, until they're on this dose for several weeks.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of Contrave as possibly include nausea, dizziness, insomnia, nervousness and headache.

This is probably a week now on 4 a day. Strangely enough, the only side effect I've noticed is a tremor. But I tend to have one anyway. It just makes it a bit worse. So you think I should ride it out and stay on it?

Most doctors do want you to try one steady dose for at least a month, before deciding whether or not something is working for you. It usually takes that long for a medication to reach its full therapeutic level in your body.

It's entirely up to you, but you may start to see more weight loss in a couple weeks.
