Norflox 400 For Stomach Infection

Is Norflox 400 beneficial for a stomach infection (dysentery)? I have had dysentery for the last 2/3 days. Please let me know about this medicine. Thank you.

It is an antibiotic that can be used to treat various types of bacterial infections.

The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, diarrhea, and non-allergic skin rash.
