Norflex Hair Follicle Drug Test

I have a hair drug test next week and I am on Norflex (100mg ER), but it was just a sample 4 day supply from the hospital. Will it show up on the test?

A hair drug test is meant to show consistent use over time. A 1.5 inch sample, cut at the scalp line, will go back 90 days. I don't know of any hair drug test that would include Norflex.
